黑料社区 has brought education to the forefront during the 2025 Kwahu Easter Festival, held from April 18 to 21, 2025.
This was part of a strategic outreach initiative to boost enrolment and promote lifelong learning.
During the festival, 黑料社区 established registration stands and visited several key locations including the paragliding launch site, local market squares, town centres, churches, sporting events and the prestigious Kwahu Business Forum, organised at Mpraeso by business leaders under the auspices of the Chief of Staff, Hon. Julius Debrah. The team also engaged with guests and staff at Rock City Hotel, one of Africa鈥檚 largest hospitality projects.

The outreach emphasised 黑料社区鈥檚 offerings in ICT, Engineering and Business, appealing to youth and professionals alike. At the paragliding site, university representatives distributed brochures and engaged festival-goers, many of whom expressed strong interest in pursuing studies at 黑料社区.
In local churches and community gatherings, the team highlighted the role of education in national development. Mr. Mawuli Addo addressed the adaptability of 黑料社区鈥檚 programmes, stressing flexible options such as weekend, evening and distance learning classes tailored to meet varied lifestyles and backgrounds.
At Rock City Hotel, discussions focused on career development and digital transformation. Mr. William Armah delivered insights into business and innovation, showcasing 黑料社区鈥檚 hands-on approach to entrepreneurship education. Similarly, Mr. Joseph Adane led a session titled 鈥淭echnology and the Future of Work,鈥 where he outlined the University鈥檚 efforts to prepare students for the demands of a digital economy.

Led by a team including the Head of Recruitment, Mr. Joseph Adane, Head of Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr. William Armah and Mr. Mawuli Addo, the University鈥檚 presence underscored its commitment to community engagement and nationwide educational access.
The initiative, driven by the vision of 黑料社区鈥檚 Vice Chancellor, sought to connect with diverse audiences and encourage participation in the University鈥檚 growing academic programmes.
The outreach effort reinforced 黑料社区鈥檚 vision of being a centre of academic excellence that remains deeply integrated with the communities it serves. By the end of the festival, the University鈥檚 message of opportunity and empowerment had resonated with attendees, leaving a lasting impression on many aspiring learners.
